The information on this web site is intended to provide a broad understanding of quality management. Barisoft LLC makes no warranty as to the usefulness or completeness of the information.

You can visit My Quality Check and submit answers to questionnaires implemented with the Coach Decision Support System without disclosing any personal identifying information. If you wish to have the reports saved for future reference or use the system again, you must provide a valid email address.
While you are using My Quality Check, the information you supply about yourself is temporarily stored in a secured database file. This information is periodically deleted under normal maintenance of the database. If you wish to retain your assessment information you should do so in printed or email form. If you choose to give us feedback about the site, we will keep that feedback and use it to improve the site.
My Quality Check asks you to provide information only for the purpose of generating a personally tailored report. It does not sell, rent or lease any of the information supplied.
Technical Requirements for the On-Line System
The Quality Management Analysis is powered by the Coach Decision Support System. The technical requirements are as follows:
If your browser does not meet these requirements you may not receive optimal results.
To enable cookies, open the following menus in IE: Tools>>>>Internet Options….Open the Privacy tab. Make sure that security is not set to the highest setting which blocks cookies. It should work on the Medium setting. You can also enable cookies under all conditions by using the over-ride feature behind the Advanced button. You may wish to consult with your systems administrator prior to doing this.

A Web site may provide a hypertext link or a link button to My Quality Check provided it adheres to the following guidelines:
The hypertext link is marked: My Quality Check.
When activated, the link must display the My Quality Check web site as a full screen and not as a "frame" on the linked Web site.
Barisoft LLC may request that a link to the My Quality Check web site be removed if it does not adhere to these guidelines.
